What does the World's Strongest Woman do on a Sunday afternoon? She trains, of course!

Why? Because that's What It Takes.

This series of images captures some candid moments during a routine Sunday afternoon training session.

The green stuff on Jill's hands is grass, glued onto her skin by the pine tar she uses to help her grip the stones.
Jill shows her form in picking up a stone.

She trains with several stones; the smallest weighs over two hundred pounds.
