| Regular workouts for Jill Mills are anything but routine. In fact, it occurs to this writer that Jill never has a "routine" workout.
For Jill, every single workout is a competitve event, even if she is only competing with herself.
Why? Because that's What It Takes.
This series of images captures a "routine" workout with Jill and her husband and training partner, Milo.
The images were created in March of 2002 at Olympic Gym in San Antonio.
