Goals
1) To help educate society on women and weightlifting and promote female
athletics. Women can be strong, fit, and muscular and still be feminine.. It is
a state of mind! Young girls should be encouraged to get involved in sports
and fitness. This will help them become fit, healthy, independant, strong,
young ladies of tomorrow!
2) To be the best all around female strength athlete in the world!
